Return Period:

You have 5 days from receipt to request a return for your item.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find a defective item or receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with an unboxing video and pictures of the damaged items. This evidence is essential for evaluating the issue and ensuring a prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. Returns can be processed instead.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
