Return Eligibility
At Souk Verge, we aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Replacement of the product will be delivered within 5-8 days after receiving the unboxing video.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase & unpacking video (receipt or order confirmation).
- Be returned only if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., beauty products).
- Sale items and gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please:

- Provide your order details and an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item.
- Await confirmation from our team for return authorization.
- Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Invalid Return Reasons
