At Souk Verge, we aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Replacement of the product will be delivered within 5-8 days after receiving the unboxing video.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase & unpacking video (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Be returned only if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Sale items and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

  2. Provide your order details and an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Await confirmation from our team for return authorization.
  4. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Invalid Return Reasons

Returns will not be accepted for:

❌ Ordering the wrong product by mistake.
